Our annual Community Health Institute (CHI) will be held virtually from Tuesday, June 8, through Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 8:30am to 2:00pm.
The theme of this year’s conference “First in Care, First in Value, Community Health is Primary” is more relevant than ever.
We would be honored to have you participate in our virtual programming.
Early Bird pricing of $495/ per person has been EXTENDED!! Early Bird pricing now ends May 28th. May 29th registration costs will be $595/ per person.
If you can't make the event, STILL REGISTER! We will send you the recordings. Registration closes June 30th for late registrations to gain access to the recordings.
